A gorgeous magical "castle" on a hill overlooking Cook's Bay with hosts who define the concept of hospitality. We spent Christmas and Boxing Day

Mercury Ridge is a WONDERFUL place to stay. We don’t normally stay at resorts that only serve breakfast, but Jo and Tom’s lodge is exceptional.

This was the perfect venue for our daughter's wedding. From the panoramic views to the colourful, well-maintained gardens the Mediterranean feel abounds.
